Boarding Reservations
All boarding stays require reservations. Please call (320) 358-4466 or email to schedule dates and times.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a minimum cancellation fee of $25.00. Reservations made and canceled within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee. We kindly ask that you give us the courtesy of a phone call if you no longer need the reservation. This allows us adequate time to fill the vacancy or plan accordingly.

Health Requirements

• Dogs are required to have rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella (canine cough) vaccines. In order for it to be effective, the bordetella vaccine should be given at least 4 days prior to your stay (if it's never been given before.)
  

• Cats are required to have rabies and feline distemper vaccines. Although not required at this time, we highly recommend the feline leukemia vaccine.
  

• Proof of vaccination is required prior to drop off. We require pets to be treated with a flea and tick preventative year round. Any untreated pet or any pet found with fleas will be treated and the cost will be added to your total charges.

Emergencies & Vet Care

If a problem arises with your pet while boarding that requires immediate attention, we will engage the services of a veterinarian. We will call the emergency number provided to give you an update or to get permission for further treatment. If you are unreachable, a decision will be made on appropriate treatment for your pet. All costs involved with these procedures will be added to your current boarding charges and must be paid for at the time of pick up.
